DM 780 PSK 31

The DM 780 PSK software is part of the Ham Radio Deluxe suit of software. Over the past few years we have tried several PSK 31 programs and all have been successful to some degree. However when the club decided to use the HRD logging and CAT control software it was decided to start using DM 780 as it is integrated in to HRD.

Again as with the Ham Radio Deluxe program It has proven to be a very popular choice with a large number of our members, most of who have started to use it in their own shacks. The logging system again like HRD is very simple to use and if the PC is connected to the Internet the software will look up the call sign entered on the log form and automatically fill in the details of the station plus the band, frequency, date and time of the contact. It will also send an e-QSL card if the you have an account with e-QSL, all this can be set up quite easily. There is also a "Super Browser" this allows the operator to watch virtually all the contacts on the frequency and gives a "Ticker Tape" style view of the messages being being sent. All in all a very nice bit of software.
