Club Xmas Party
The 2009 Christmas Party was not as well attended as the 2008 event but still went ahead, thoise who attended enjoyed a very pleasant evening and thanks go to Andy GM0UDY for organising the event.

Club AGM
Our AGM was held on the 24 September, there was a fairly good attendance this year with about twenty club members present. Richard MM1BHO welcomed all present and opened the meeting. Ellis GM0HPK read the minutes of the last AGM and Richard made a short report on the club's activities over the past year. Ellis reported that all correspondence was up to date with no outstanding matters. Davy MM0KBT reported that the club's finances were in a healthy state so Eric could start putting his wish list together
The election of office bearers took place with the result as below, Richard read out the story of the Hilda Kelday trophy which this year went to Clive GM4FZH for his sterling work with the Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced classes, Richard thanked all for attending and closed the meeting.
